Clerkenwell Blue Glass Candle

The smell of the apothecary gardens of the order of St John off St Johns square, the only medicinal garden remaining from the time when Clerkenwell was the centre of ecclesiastic life. The apothecary gardens of all these monestaries and nunneries would have grown herbs of all sorts. This candle smells of the herbs therein, most strongly of lavender and camomile.

The candle is presented in a beautifully illustrated glass holder, packaged in box and ribbon.
